1ro dia: (Quinta feira 26/11/26) Brasil - San Andrés (ADZ).

Os voos saindo de São Paulo (GRU) ou do Rio (GIG) (Avianca ou LATAM) tem escala em Bogotá (BOG) seguindo para San Andrés (ADZ) chegando por volta do meio-dia ou no meio da tarde, ainda dá para aproveitar o dia. Check in no hotel escolhido (15hrs). Transporte desde o aeroporto ADZ até o seu hotel.

2do dia: (Sexta Feira 27/11/26). Tour marítimo em San Andrés.

Programamos um tour marítimo em lancha para dois destinos imperdíveis: Johnny Cay e o Aquário natural. Este passeio tem uma duração de 6 horas saindo do Muelle Portofino as 9:00hrs.

3ro dia: (Sábado 28/11/26). Dia livre

pode desfrutar da ilha e se preparar para a corrida de amanhã. Os KITS da corrida deverão ser retirados pessoalmente no local a ser indicado em data oportuna pela organização da prova.

4to dia: (Domingo 29/11/26) Maratón 7 Colores.

‍ Day 1 Lhasa Arrival | Pick-up Service & Hotel Check-in.

Tashi Delek! Welcome to Lhasa, the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region! Upon your arrival at the airport in Lhasa, the tour guide and driver will meet you at the exit, and then escort you to the hotel in downtown Lhasa (100km, about 1.5 hours’ drive) . You can have a good rest to get used to the altitude (3,650m) in your hotel and get ready to explore Lhasa with your guide the next day.

Day 2 Lhasa City Tour | Jokhang Temple, Sera Monastery, Barkhor Street

Day 3 Lhasa City Tour | Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery

Day 4 Lhasa to Shigatse (3,850m) via Gyantse (3,950m) | Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier

Today, drive about 7.5 hours (270km) from Lhasa to Shigatse (3,850m) via Gyantse (3,950m). You will visit two amazing natural landscapes - Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier on the way, then after a visit of Pelkor Monastery in Gyantse, you will reach Shigates for overnight

Day 5 Shigatse (3,850m) to EBC (5,200m) | Tashilunpo Monastery, Gyawu La Pass, Rongpuk Monastery

You will get an early start with a visit to Tashilhunpo Monastery. After that, drive to Rongpuk Monastery (5,100m) and Mount Everest North Face Base Camp (5,200m) which is 340km (8h) from Shigatse via a photo stop at Gyawu La Pass (5,200m). Over night at EBC,

Day 6 EBC (5,200m) to Saga (4,640m) | Sunrise of Mount Everest, Mount Shishapangma, Pelkhu-tso

Try your luck at witnessing the breathtaking sunrise of Mount Everest in the early morning (Note: The sunrise usually starts around 6:30 am to 7:00 am). After breakfast, hike around Rongbuk Monastery and Everest Base Camp (5,200m), which is the closest place for ordinary tourists to view the world’s summit. Take your time at Everest Base Camp to enjoy the amazing view of the peak of Mount Everest (8,848m), the highest peak in the world. After that, you will leave Everest Base Camp and drive the old Tingri Road to Saga County (380km, 7hour). Later, you will overlook the majestic and awe-inspiring Mount Shishapangma, about 120km from Mount Everest and located in the Himalayas near the Nepal-Tibet border. At an elevation of 8,027 meters, Mount Shishapangma is the 14th highest mountain in the world. After visiting the beautiful lake, you’ll drive another 69 kilometers to Saga County and spend the night in the small town of Saga (4,640m).

Day 7 Saga (4,640m) - Drongpa County - Darchen (4,575m) | Lake Manasarovar, Lhanag-tso

On this seventh day, your guide and driver will take you from Saga County to Darchen (500km, about 8 hours’ drive) via Drongpa County, the origin place of the Brahmaputra River. After the exploration, it is time to drive to your final destination of the day - the small town of Darchen (4,575m), nestled below the foothills of Mount Kailash. Have a good sleep in Darchen.

Day 8 Mt. Kailash Trek Day One：Darchen to Driapuk

Altitude: 4600m | Trekking Distance: 22km, about 6 hours

Mount Kailash, at 6638 meters, dominates the region with the sheer awesomeness of its four-sided summit. It is a sacred mountain by four religions: Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, Bon and Jainism. In Tibetan Buddhism, it’s the home of the Buddha Demchok (representing nirvana). And in their scriptures, Mount Kailash is considered as the world’s center. Pilgrims from across Asia trek across the spectacular high-altitude landscape of remote Western Tibet to pay homage and walk around the sacred mountain. The whole trekking journey is 52-kilometer trek around Mount Kailash at Darchen and which is also the finishing point for the circumnavigation of the sacred mountain. The trekking takes about 3 days.

Day 9 Mt. Kailash Trek Day Two：Driapuk to Dzultripuk

Altitude: 4600m | Trekking Distance: 20km, 7-8 Hours’ Trekking

On this day, start your second day of the circuit of Mount Kailash. Less than an hour along is the meadow at Jarok Donhang (5210m). Then, it will be the toughest as you will ascend 762 meters up to the Dolma-la Pass (5360m).

Day 10 Mt. Kailash Trek Day Three: Dzultripuk to Darchen

Altitude: 4600m | Trekking Distance: 14km, about 3-4 hours’ Trekking

If the weather is favorable and you have enough time, you may want to relax in the hot spring water at the lakeside (self-pay), depending on your physical condition and schedule after the trek.

After the tour, drive to Darchen County for accommodation.

Day 11 Darchen (4,575m) to Saga (4,640m)

On this day, you'll drive from Darchen to Saga (500km, about 8 hours’ drive), passing through the windswept rural territory of Tibet. Stay overnight in Saga County.

Day 12 Saga (4,640m) - Gyirong Port (1,830m) to Rashuwaghadi | Exit the China Nepal Border.

In the afternoon, you will across the China-Nepal Border. Take your time to explore the diverse landscapes on the Nepalese side, such as viewing the snow-capped mountains standing behind the forest.

Day 13 Rashuwaghadi (1,830m) to Kathmandu (1,400m), Nepal

Today, you will head to Kathmandu via a mountain road. Although it is only 150 km from Rashuwaghadi to Kathmandu, it may take more than 6 hours due to the bad road conditions.

El parque está situado en la microrregión de los Lençóis Maranhenses, al norte de Brasil, en la costa noreste del estado brasileñode Maranhão, Marañón en español. Con un perímetro de 270 kmy 156.584 hectáreas, el parque se encuentra en el biomamarino costero, con ecosistemasde manglares, marismasy dunas. Tiene unas 90 000 hectáreas de dunas y lagunasde agua dulce interdunas libres, amplias zonas de marisma y de costa del océano Atlántico. El área de dunas cubre de 5 a 25 km hacia el interior desde la costa. Aquí nace el Río Preguiças, que divide el parque hasta su desembocadura en el océano Atlántico.

Lençóis Maranhenses National Park ( Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses) is a national park in Maranhão state in northeastern Brazil, just east of the Baía de São José. Protected on June 2, 1981, the 155,000 ha (380,000-acre) park includes 70 km (43 mi) of coastline, and an interior composed of rolling sand dunes. During the rainy season, the valleys among the dunes fill with freshwater lagoons, prevented from draining by the impermeable rock beneath. The park is home to a range of species, including four listed as endangered, and has become a popular destination for ecotourists.

In July 2024, the site was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its exceptional beauty and the fact that it is a unique natural aspect in the world
